Before you order
- Confirm your bulb size and factory headlight package.
- Some vehicles may require CANBUS or anti-flicker modules.
- Some LED/HID upgrades may be intended for off-road, show, auxiliary, or permitted-use applications only. Check local laws before using upgraded forward lighting on public roads.

SV4 LED Forward Bulbs
A high-output LED upgrade with a proven forward-lighting layout.
The S V.4 LED Forward Bulbs are built for customers who want a stronger LED option with controlled output, external driver support, and broad size coverage. Match the bulb family to the application and choose decoder support only when the vehicle actually needs it.
Output Control
Output only helps when the housing can use it
The SV4 is a stronger LED forward-lighting option with an external driver and active cooling, built for higher output while keeping the LED layout controlled.
Beam Control
More usable light starts with a cleaner beam shape
The SV4 uses a multi-core LED layout intended to create a more continuous light source than stacked-chip designs. That helps the bulb work with the original housing optics instead of scattering light everywhere.
A brighter bulb is not automatically a better upgrade. The goal is usable light on the road, controlled spread, and a beam pattern that makes sense for the application.
Why this matters: A headlight housing designed around a halogen filament still controls the final beam.
External Driver
CANBUS and anti-flicker support are built into the driver
The SV4 uses an external removable driver with CANBUS and anti-flicker support built in. That helps with many vehicles that monitor or pulse the lighting circuit, while keeping the bulb itself more compact at the housing.
Electronics note: Add extra decoder support only when the vehicle needs help with flicker, PWM, bulb-out warnings, or monitored lighting circuits.
Thermal Management
Active cooling for higher-output LED operation
The SV4 bulb body uses an aluminum heat sink and active cooling fan to help manage heat during operation. Good thermal control matters because LED output and reliability both depend on keeping temperature under control.
The driver and bulb are designed as a matched system, so make sure the bulb has room to seat correctly and the wiring is not crushed behind the dust cap.
Install note: Leave room for wiring, connectors, and airflow. If a dust cap is tight, verify clearance before forcing the bulb into place.
Application Notice
Use notice and install support
LED forward-lighting upgrades may be intended for off-road, show, auxiliary, or permitted-use applications only. Check local laws before using upgraded forward lighting on public roads. Some vehicles may require anti-flicker modules, CANBUS support, or package-specific confirmation.
Use the Shop by Vehicle tool for known bulb and package information, review the CANBUS and decoder guide, or open a support request for setup help before ordering.
