Shipping policy

Order Preparation Time
There may be a processing / wait time before an item ships.
BRI Source typically ships all orders within 3 business days, however most orders ship within 1-2 days. Overnight & 2-day orders typically ship the same or following business day (excluding holidays).
Please allow additional time for international orders.
Stock/Inventory & Product Availability
Due to brand availability, some products may not always be available right away, and subject to a longer than standard wait time or back-order. BRI Source will notify you after an order is placed if an item will be delayed beyond 2 business days.
Some brands do not ship to certain countries. If you are trying to checkout and do not see any shipping options, please review the product details page for limitations on shipping.
Xenon bulbs (OSRAM & Philips) may ship from Europe, and may require additional transit time up to 14 days to arrive for standard/free shipping options.

*FREE SHIPPING orders will vary by carrier, no exceptions can be made. Items may ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the product. There is no guarantee on delivery times. Some overweight, large items do not qualify for free shipping. Overweight items will receive live rates based on dimensions and weight.
Multiple item orders may arrive in separate packages.
USA Hawaii, Alaska, and Other US Territories:

Standard/basic shipping (USPS First-Class) does not include tracking, and BRI Source accepts no responsibility for lost packages. Economy Shipping options may take 30 or more days to arrive and cannot be tracked. Please select Standard Shipping if you would like tracking included.
Overseas orders may not include tracking. Delivery estimates may be longer than advised during checkout, depending on your region.
Extra handling and duty fees for customs are to be paid by the customer. BRI Source does not cover these costs. In some cases, the costs may be charged to your account by UPS and USPS.
EU VAT Tax
It is the responsibility of the buyer within the EU union to pay VAT and potential additional customs clearance fees before the shipping carrier will release their package.
Forwarding Shipping Addresses
For any forwarding shipping locations, BRI Source is not responsible for lost packages, returns, or any other issues that may arise, and is only responsible for shipping to the address as stated during checkout. BRI Source may cancel orders shipping to commonly known problematic forwarding addresses including but not limited to lost shipments and fraudulent activities.
Shipping Coverage & Transit Damage
We do not require signature for delivery unless you request it (please advise during checkout or send us a message). If a package has a signature required for delivery and you cannot be there to sign, please contact the carrier and schedule a delivery at your convenience.
Upon the arrival of your items, inspect everything thoroughly, even if packaging is intact, before signing the delivery receipt. If the box is damaged in any way, take photos and notate the damage when receiving the item. If you are unable to officially notate the damage with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery you must reject the package. If there is damage and you cannot reject the shipment, you need to call the shipping company. BRI Source cannot help you file a damage claim. It is up to the recipient to do so. You will need to work with the insurance company to collect insurance on the package(s).
Once signed for damage-free, any freight damage claim is null and void. Additionally, please note that items cannot be insured for more than the stated value. If you need to process a damage claim, action must be taken within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, refunds, reorders and claims cannot be processed. All shipped items are fully insured. BRI Source will not be held responsible for the outcome of the claim, although we will assist you to the furthest extent possible.
International forwarding address hold NO liability outside of the original US-based address.
Lost Packages
If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within twenty-one days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier you have originally selected. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped. UPS & FedEx typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from 30 to 90 business days, and this may vary depending on your country/destination. Please note that this is the policy of the shipping carriers and not of BRI Source, LLC. BRI Source does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete.
Fraudulent Orders
BRI Source has the right to cancel and refund any order that is flagged as potentially fraudulent and ask for additional information necessary to identify the buyer.
