• Free Standard Shipping is available on orders totaling $49.00 or more before taxes, discounts, and other fees.

Geographical Eligibility & Timeline

• Free Returns/Exchanges Apply to the Lower 48 U.S. States Only.
• Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories may be eligible for discounts on return shipping, but an additional fee will apply based on the cost difference.
• Claims must be filed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Product Condition

• Returns/Exchanges only apply to products in re-sellable condition (i.e., no scratches, dents, or signs of misuse).
• Items returned with visible damage or wear may incur a restocking fee—please see our detailed policy below.

Return/Exchange Limits

• Limit of one (1) free product return and refund every 90 days per customer/order.
• Limit of one (1) free product exchange every 30 days per customer/order.
• Returns & Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping cost will be refunded for Free Shipping and Ground/Standard shipping options, or up to $15 for other shipping services.

Exclusions

Coverage Period

• Free Shipping on Warranty Replacements applies for the full duration of the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Products advertised with a "Lifetime Warranty" are limited to 5 years of free warranty shipping from the date of purchase.

Eligibility & Approval

• To qualify, the product must be confirmed as defective or covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required. BRI Source may be able to look up your order without this information, but the shipping address must match where replacement items are shipped to.

• Free shipping on warranty replacements is valid for U.S. Lower 48 States only.
• Orders shipped outside these regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories) may be eligible for discounted shipping, but additional fees may apply.
