Eligible automotive lighting products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty Replacement Shipping
If a covered product is approved for warranty replacement, BRI Source helps with replacement shipping within the lower 48.
- Warranty approval and proof of purchase may be required.

Ask before guessing
If your vehicle has multiple headlight packages, factory HID, factory LED, or CANBUS sensitivity, contact us before placing the order.

Free shipping and priority upgrade terms
Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders of $49 or more shipping to the lower 48 United States. The order threshold is based on eligible merchandise value before taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and fees.
Free priority shipping upgrades may apply to eligible orders of $149 or more where the product, brand, or promotion qualifies. Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Some items may be excluded because of size, weight, supplier restrictions, hazardous-material rules, special-order status, or delivery location.
Free returns and exchanges terms
Eligible automotive lighting products may qualify for one free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Products should be complete, undamaged, and in resellable condition unless BRI Source has approved an exception.
OSRAM and Philips Xenon bulbs are excluded from free returns and exchanges. Items damaged by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or vehicle-side electrical issues may not qualify.
Return and exchange eligibility can vary by product, order history, and manufacturer policy.
Warranty replacement shipping terms
Warranty replacement shipping support applies after a warranty claim has been reviewed and approved. Proof of purchase, product photos, diagnostic information, or manufacturer review may be required.
For products advertised with lifetime warranty coverage, BRI Source provides free warranty replacement shipping for up to 5 years from the original purchase date within the lower 48 United States.
Warranty coverage does not apply to installation damage, misuse, water intrusion caused by vehicle housing issues, improper wiring, or other conditions outside the product warranty.
