The SL2 keeps the formula simple: compact fanless packaging, internal driver electronics, and white or yellow output options for forward-lighting positions.
White Or Yellow
Choose the output color that fits the job
The SL2 is available in 6000K white or 3000K selective yellow, depending on the selected bulb size. White gives a modern forward-lighting look, while yellow is often chosen for fog light and poor-weather applications.
Color note: Yellow is most commonly chosen for fog or poor-weather visibility; white is the cleaner forward-lighting look.
Compact Install
Fanless design with an internal driver
The SL2 uses a fanless passive-cooling design with an internal driver, so there is no separate driver box to mount or tuck away. The compact form factor makes it easier to fit in tighter headlight and fog light housings.
The design uses a copper PCB and die cast A360 aluminum body to help move heat away from the LED emitters without relying on a fan.
Install note: The compact design helps in tighter housings, but rear clearance and connector access still matter.
Optical Focus
More usable light, less wasted glare
High lumen numbers alone do not guarantee a better beam. The SL2 is designed to keep the light source focused where the original bulb is expected to sit, helping the housing put light where it belongs.
This is especially important in fog lights, reflector housings, and projector applications where a small shift in source location can change the beam pattern.
Why this matters: A brighter bulb only helps when the housing can control the light.
