Eligibility and acceptable use

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have consented to allow your minor dependent to use the Site.

• You may not use the Site or products for any illegal, unsafe, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not upload or transmit viruses, malware, destructive code, automated attacks, spam, scraping tools, or anything that interferes with Site operation or security.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, scrape, or commercially use any portion of the Site without written permission from BRI Source.
• We may refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or terminate use of the Site if we believe these Terms or any law has been violated.

Site access and third-party services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of the Site, products, services, content, tools, or features at any time without notice, except where required by law.

Some services, tools, apps, payment options, checkout features, analytics, shipping tools, product media, reviews, or links may be provided by third parties. We do not control all third-party services and are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, terms, privacy practices, errors, outages, or content.

Information you submit through the Site may be transmitted over networks and processed by Shopify and service providers. Credit card and payment information is encrypted and processed through payment providers. Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Fitment guidance is not a guarantee

BRI Source sells automotive lighting products where fitment can vary by year, make, model, trim, headlight package, bulb location, housing type, wiring, factory options, previous repairs, and aftermarket modifications.

• Vehicle selector results, bulb charts, recommendation rules, product descriptions, installation guides, support pages, and staff guidance are provided as a fitment starting point.
• You are responsible for confirming your actual bulb size, factory lighting package, housing type, wiring condition, and intended use before ordering or installing products.
• Factory LED or factory HID/Xenon vehicles may not use standard replaceable bulbs, and some vehicles require special modules, decoders, adapters, harnesses, programming, or professional installation.
• Product recommendations do not guarantee public-road legality, inspection compliance, glare-free performance, or compatibility with every vehicle configuration.

Order acceptance and accuracy

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, hold, or review any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product availability, shipping restrictions, reseller activity, fitment concerns, address problems, supplier issues, or other business reasons.

We may correct errors, update information, cancel affected orders, or refuse to honor a price or offer that is incorrect, outdated, unavailable, obviously mistaken, or affected by a technical or supplier error, including after an order is submitted.

Shipping estimates and delays

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise. Inventory may ship from BRI Source, suppliers, distributors, warehouses, or fulfillment partners in different locations. Some products may ship separately or from supplier locations.

• We will make a reasonable effort to ship orders within any stated timeframe or, if no timeframe is stated, within the timeframe required by applicable law.
• If a shipping delay requires customer notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and options.
• BRI Source is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, theft after delivery, or delivery issues outside our control.
• Risk of loss may transfer when the order is delivered to the carrier or customer, subject to applicable law and carrier claim rules.

Separate policies apply

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by the applicable BRI Source policy and manufacturer policy. By purchasing from BRI Source, you agree to those policies.

Professional installation is recommended

Automotive lighting upgrades may require professional installation, vehicle-specific wiring knowledge, electrical testing, alignment, aiming, troubleshooting, or supporting components. You accept the risks associated with installation and use of aftermarket or replacement vehicle lighting products.

• BRI Source does not pay for labor, shop supplies, diagnostics, removal, reinstallation, vehicle downtime, towing, rentals, tickets, inspection failures, or inconvenience.
• BRI Source is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, wrong application, wiring issues, vehicle defects, previous modifications, improper power, water intrusion, or failure to follow instructions.
• You are responsible for safe installation, proper aiming, confirming fitment, and using products only in appropriate applications.

Reviews, photos, messages, and feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, questions, feedback, support messages, fitment information, suggestions, or other content, you grant BRI Source permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, display, and distribute that content for business purposes, including customer support, Site improvement, product education, and marketing, unless prohibited by law.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit.
• You may not submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, infringing, obscene, malicious, or harmful content.
• We may remove, edit, or refuse content at our discretion.

Information may change

Product information, vehicle fitment data, compatibility notes, photos, videos, specifications, install guides, pricing, promotions, and availability are provided for general informational purposes and may contain errors, omissions, outdated details, or supplier changes. We do not guarantee that all Site information is complete, current, or error-free.

We may update, correct, remove, or change Site content at any time without notice. You agree that it is your responsibility to review current product details and ask questions before ordering if fitment or use is uncertain.

Use of the Site and products is at your risk

The Site and all products, services, information, tools, recommendations, and content are provided "as is" and "as available" except as expressly stated by BRI Source in writing. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, compatible with every device, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRI Source and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, vehicle damage, labor costs, diagnostic costs, installation costs, removal costs, shop fees, downtime, inconvenience, replacement costs, or other claims arising from the Site, products, services, recommendations, installation, use, or inability to use products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your responsibility for misuse or breach

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BRI Source, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, misuse of products, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or content you submit.

Severability, termination, and governing law

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining parts will remain in effect.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or BRI Source. We may terminate or restrict access if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination.

These Terms and any separate agreements between you and BRI Source will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
