Manufacturer Warranty Support

Products sold by BRI Source, LLC are covered only by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, if any. Warranty terms, coverage periods, claim requirements, and final approval are based on each product manufacturer or supplier.

Important: BRI Source may help facilitate warranty claims for products purchased from us, but BRI Source does not create, extend, or imply any additional product warranty beyond the manufacturer's stated warranty coverage.

Step 1

Start with BRI Source

Contact us with your order number, product name, photos or video of the issue, and a short explanation of what happened.

Step 2

Manufacturer Review

Warranty eligibility is reviewed under the applicable manufacturer or supplier policy. Some claims may require diagnostics or return of the failed item.

Step 3

Resolution

If the claim is approved, the available resolution may include replacement, repair, credit, or another remedy allowed by the manufacturer policy.

Claim requirements

What we may need

Warranty claims are easier to review when the right information is included from the start. Requirements vary by brand and product, but common claim materials include:

  • BRI Source order number or proof of purchase.
  • Photos or video showing the product issue.
  • Vehicle information and a short description of the installation.
  • Basic troubleshooting or diagnostic details when requested.
  • The failed product, if return or manufacturer inspection is required.
Coverage limits

What warranty does not cover

Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in the product itself. Unless a manufacturer policy says otherwise, warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Improper installation, incorrect wiring, modification, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair.
  • Vehicle-side electrical issues, CANBUS behavior, bad grounds, damaged connectors, or incompatible components.
  • Water intrusion, condensation, or housing-related damage caused by the vehicle headlight, fog light, or lamp assembly.
  • Accident damage, impact damage, off-road abuse, racing use, or use outside the product's intended application.
  • Normal wear, cosmetic wear, color shift over time, or performance changes not covered by the manufacturer's policy.
No incidental costs

Product warranty only

Warranty claims are limited to the product remedy allowed by the applicable manufacturer or supplier policy. Warranty claims do not include labor, diagnostics, installation or removal costs, towing, rentals, downtime, inconvenience, customs, duties, taxes, currency changes, expedited shipping, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty terms and conditions

Manufacturer warranty basis

All products sold by BRI Source, LLC are subject only to the applicable manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any. BRI Source does not offer, extend, or imply any additional product warranty outside of the manufacturer's policy for warranty.

Warranty coverage, claim requirements, replacement availability, and final approval are determined by the product manufacturer or supplier. Manufacturer warranties are subject to change at any time without notice.

Warranty claim process

Warranty processing for products purchased from BRI Source must be started through BRI Source unless otherwise directed. BRI Source may request order information, photos, video, troubleshooting details, or return of the failed product before a claim can be reviewed.

Do not discard a failed product until the warranty process is complete or BRI Source confirms that the item is no longer needed for review.

Costs not covered

No labor, diagnostics, installation or removal costs, towing, rentals, downtime, inconvenience, customs, duties, taxes, currency losses, fees, expedited shipping costs, incidental damages, or consequential damages may be included in any warranty claim.

Order acceptance

All orders placed with BRI Source, LLC constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of the warranty conditions listed on this page. If you have questions or wish to clarify these policies, please contact BRI Source in writing before placing your order.
