Before you order
- Confirm your bulb size and factory headlight package.
- Some vehicles may require CANBUS or anti-flicker modules.
- Some LED/HID upgrades may be intended for off-road, show, auxiliary, or permitted-use applications only. Check local laws before using upgraded forward lighting on public roads.

GTR Lighting Ultra 3
Bright LED output with a smarter bulb design.
The Ultra 3 is GTR Lighting's next-generation LED forward-lighting bulb, built around stronger output, improved beam focus, a compact body, and long-term reliability.
Why Ultra 3 exists
More focused light, not just a bigger number
The Ultra 3 is designed to improve usable forward lighting while keeping the bulb's light source close to where the original halogen filament would sit. That matters because the headlight or fog light housing still controls the final beam pattern.
Custom LED Chips
TST 7045 LEDs built for output and control
GTR Lighting uses custom TST 7045 LED chips in the Ultra 3 platform. The goal is strong brightness with a tight, controlled light source that works with reflector, projector, fog, and high-beam optics.
Why this matters: Big output is only useful when the housing can aim it. Ultra 3 is built around a compact, focused light source instead of brute-force glare.
Built For Reliability
Potted electronics and removable external drivers
The Ultra 3 uses an external, removable driver and is built with moisture resistance in mind. That helps protect the electronics from the heat, vibration, and harsh conditions that forward-lighting upgrades often deal with.
Install note: Keep drivers mounted securely and away from moving parts or excessive heat. Some applications may still require decoder modules for stable operation.
Compact Install
Compact body with clockable adjustment
Ultra 3 bulbs are fully clockable and adjustable, giving the installer a better chance to align the LED chips correctly in the housing. Correct orientation is important for preserving beam shape and avoiding odd shadows.
BRI Source note: Always check the beam after installation. If the output looks scattered or uneven, bulb orientation and housing compatibility should be reviewed first.
Decoder Support
Choose decoder support when the vehicle needs it
Ultra 3 kits can be ordered with GTR Pro Decoders for most sizes. H4 applications use Morimoto decoders. Decoder modules may be needed when the vehicle monitors the lighting circuit or when flicker, bulb-out warnings, or PWM behavior are present.
DRL note: DRL compatibility is intended for 4-9V non-PWM applications. PWM-controlled DRLs or sensitive lighting circuits may still require additional confirmation or decoder support.
Warranty Support
Limited lifetime warranty
The GTR Lighting Ultra 3 is backed by GTR Lighting's limited lifetime warranty. Warranty eligibility, coverage, and final approval are based on the manufacturer's current warranty terms.
When you purchase from BRI Source, we can help start the warranty process and connect your order information with the manufacturer if support is needed.
Support note: Keep your order details and photos or video of the issue available for the fastest warranty review.
